Image Labs International also develops custom subsystems for the electronics and semiconductor industries.

The Pro Custom Series systems allow for multiple inspections and illumination of the parts. The system can include weighing or precision laser measurement stations. The cabinet houses all the inspection cameras, lights and vision processors. A PLC manages high speed I/O for versatile applications. These systems use the powerful Image Labs Pro-CS Software for setup and configuration. Setup and operation is made easy with a touchscreen monitor. Results are saved to a database with product identification.
